About this game
Left Dead: Last Convoy is a 2D survival action game in which you guide medic Tess through a zombie-ridden journey, working to keep Omar and the rest of the convoy alive. The adventure is split into 23 stages spread across five campaign routes, taking you from crowded city streets and carnival grounds to bayou trails, a violent storm, and a final bridge crossing.
Each stage asks you to aim your rifle carefully, time your reloads between waves of threats, and push infected enemies back to buy breathing room. Medical supplies are limited, so knowing when to heal and when to hold back matters as much as keeping your shots accurate. Rescuing survivors and finding fuel along the way keeps the convoy moving forward, and checkpoints save your progress so long trips never have to start over.

How to play
Move with A and D or the arrow keys, and jump with Space, W, or Up. Aim and fire with the mouse, shove zombies with K, reload with R, heal with Q, and interact with E. Press Esc or P to pause. On mobile, use the on-screen controls.
