About this game
Dark Ages: Beat Em Up is a free browser arcade brawler with a hand-drawn comic look. You move forward through each stage, taking on waves of enemies with fast, punchy combat that rewards timing and quick decisions.
Across five chapters you pick up a range of tools and tactics. A chained flail gives you reach, a shield-and-saw combo handles tight spaces, and well-timed parries open the door to big counterattacks. When the crowd gets too close, you can switch to a shotgun to clear the space you need.
Each chapter is short and escalates steadily, so the game works well in quick sessions. Learn the basic moves in the opening stages, then experiment with different approaches to find the style that suits you best.
