About this game
Contra: Jungle Breach is a fast-paced 2D run-and-gun action game. You play as Mara, a rescuer working through ten different zones, starting in jungle outposts and pushing on to frozen research facilities and finally an alien stronghold.
As you advance, enemy encounters grow steadily tougher. Shooting while you run is central to the experience, and you can leap over incoming fire or dash out of trouble when you are cornered. Weapon upgrades help you survive longer, and activating relay points is necessary to push the mission forward.
This is a single-player game that runs right in your browser, free to play with no downloads or installs needed. Just open it and start your run.
How to play
Use WASD or the arrow keys to move and aim. Press Space or K to jump, and X or F to fire. Shift or L performs a dash to escape danger, and Esc pauses the game. On mobile, use the on-screen controls.
